My name is Alyssa and I am a sophomore here at BSU. I am the youngest of four children and also the only girl. I grew up in Pelican Rapids, MN. I moved from town (where I lived for 15 years), to our lake place on Prairie Lake, back into town, and eventually ended up three miles out of town where I have lived ever since — That was all in 4 months! I was a three sport athlete in high school (Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball). That lead me to fall in love with sports and add a coaching minor to my degree.

Research Topic: The classroom size of grades K through 5 statewide should be set at a maximum of 20 students
Alyssa — you have a solution, but what is the problem? Don't get too set on a thesis before you do the research. See what the experts in this field have to say first. Maybe focus on elementary learning environments and/or state budgets for k-5 ed in general at first. Look at the big picture and the problem this class size might solve Let me know if you have any questions. — Hamann
