Arguing Cause Peer Review Jake Marcus

Does the argument answer the basic question: Why did this happen? What questions are you left with after reading the argument? Yes it answers why this is happening because the American people want bigger and larger quantities of foods. What is your credibility other than you having first hand experience? You just need to make sure to add in quotes form your sources.
Although I still don't see your final paper I do get the main idea and feel like you gave me the main point. I was left with no questions. Rebecca Tuttle
Does the writer establish that the problem exists and that we should care about it? What is missing? Yes they state a problem with what is going on with GMO's. The only thing that is missing is examples from online sources.
I think you established there is a problem that exists. It's missing more information and facts straight from the authors. But I'm sure that is soon to come. Rebecca Tuttle
What seem to be the main points of the argument? That GMO's are destroying the good land that we have left in this country where food grows and animals live.
GMO's are a serious problem and its hurting more than just the animals. Rebecca Tuttle
Does the writer genuinely address opposition? What additional opposing viewpoints could the writer address? Can you imagine other objections to the argument? There really are not any opposing view points but something that could be a view point is saying you can see why they would want to use them because it makes crops and animals so much bigger. The only down side is that it is not healthy for humans to put in their bodies.
I did not see any opposition as for other viewpoints I would reccomend bringing in a bigger variety of sources? I think that could help your paper tremendously. Rebecca Tuttle
What were your reactions to the text as you were reading it? My reactions were that I do not want to eat anything that uses GMO's because they use so many things that are unnatural to make sure that the product gets to the size they want it.
My reaction was suprise. I knew GMO's were mad from another class I was in but I didn't know exactly why and what they affected. Rebecca Tuttle
What is the argument's greatest weakness? The greatest weakness is you do not have many quotes form sources to give your argument credibility.
You need more sources and more to quote from. I would say hard hitting facts and more of your paper to read Rebecca Tuttle
What is the argument's greatest strength? The strengths that this argument has is that you have first hand experience dealing with this so you truly understand what is going on. LF
Your greatest strength was getting the main point/ most important information on the subject. ** Rebecca Tuttle**
