Writing Process
*Inexperienced writers follow a simplified process so they don't miss a step and can focus on one thing at time. The process includes: researching the topic, read sources, create an outline and create first draft.

*Experienced writers follow a recursive process which involves moving back and forth among the stages.

*Scholars allow drafting, revision, and peer feedback to reshape ideas.

*A tool that helps us explain what we think and why we think so.
*Influence what audiences know, believe, or act, and they can also clarify or enhance our own thinking.
